training obligations - Operating a compliance monitoring ticker and managing alert triggers for RG breaches or potential ML
- Managing and monitoring soft-check affordability assessments at the
£150 threshold - Conducting internal audits (website, AML processes, and business risk)
- Establishing governance controls, including quarterly board reports and participation in governance meetings
- Managing regulatory complaints
- Reviewing industry fines and sanctions to assess and, where necessary, update internal controls
- Preparing and submitting required transaction reports
- Meeting a 3-hour SLA response time (current average: 1 hour)
- Maintaining a 24/7 compliance monitoring service with a dedicated compliance assistant on duty at all times
- Reviewing marketing and promotional materials for compliance
